If there is a party, we want to be there! Corporate events, weddings, festivals, brand activations, showers, birthday celebrations, or neighborhood soiree. You name it, we’re in.

Yes! Delivery and pickup is a service we offer and recommend for most of our rental orders. This allows you to sit back + enjoy your event, and not have to ask questions like, “Who the heck is going to haul the sofa in and out or tear down the backdrop?”

Typically our delivery/pickup fee is 12% of your rental total. This means if your rental total was $1,000, the delivery/pickup fee would be $120.

We do have a $700 rental order minimum to qualify for delivery/pickup. If you are unable to meet this minimum, most of our pieces can be rented as will call pickup/return. View the next tab for more details on this process

Many pieces in our inventory can be rented as will-call pickup/return to our warehouse. All rentals must be transported in an enclosed vehicle or trailer. This means no open bed trucks.

Will-call pickups are typically Thursday and returns on Monday. You must pickup at your designated time and bring enough hands to load the pieces into your vehicle.

There is a 5% stocking/cleaning fee for will-call rentals.

As with most good things in life, the sooner the better! Many of our rentals book over a year in advance. For custom built pieces we require a minimum of 3 month notice. For our general rental inventory we will take requests up to one week prior to event date pending availability.

While most of the work we do is in the Des Moines metro, we do take a limited number of requests for other parts of the state and throughout the midwest. These requests must meet specific rental order minimums and will have travel fees. Contact us to see if your event would qualify.

For large scale events we offer event design services. This means we take the lead on the visual elements of your event and bringing it all to life. We will work with you on design concepts, put together customized mock-ups and pull together the team to make it all happen seamlessly. Rental order minimums required for design services.
